都可以，就是臺灣在前或者 2023 在前都可以。臺灣在前的好處是「Taiwan Presidential」是連寫，感覺跟發邀請函說 Taiwan president 是一樣的道理。但是「Hackathon Taiwan」的「Taiwan」放後面就是地名。
